Refund & Return Policy

At Rootd Home Decor, your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right with your order, we've made the return process as simple as possible.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs — no questions asked.
  • Change of Mind Returns: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@rootdhomedecor.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship it back using the instructions provided.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
