We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery takes 6–8 business days, for a total of around 7–10 business days from order to doorstep. Shipping is free, with no minimum.
Where do you ship from?
We're based in Sheridan, Wyoming and ship to all 50 US states. Orders ship from our partner fulfilment network so they arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
Can I return or exchange this?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email info@rootdhomedecor.com with your order number to start a return. For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is on us.
How do I track my order?

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return and confirm the condition, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's processed.

Yes. Every piece is selected for material quality, finish, and longevity — we don't carry single-use trends. Each product page lists exact materials, dimensions, and care instructions.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout is secured by Shopify with SSL encryption. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We never store your card details on our servers.
