Where do you ship from?
We're based in Sheridan, Wyoming and ship to all 50 US states. Orders ship from our partner fulfilment network so they arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
Can I return or exchange this?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email info@rootdhomedecor.com with your order number to start a return. For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is on us.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return and confirm the condition, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's processed.
